For Made-to-Order, Couture and Archive pieces, no. These prices exclude packing, shipping, import duties, taxes, tariffs and any other applicable destination charges, which are invoiced separately, with an estimated quotation or fully landed price available on request before you order.

For ready-to-ship physical items - including Prêt-à-Porter pieces, embroidery accessories and other in-stock goods - all duties and taxes are included in the price, so there is nothing additional to pay on delivery. Shipping is charged at a flat rate: United Kingdom £25 (free over £250), EU & Rest of World £50 (free over £500).

Made-to-Order garments are dispatched FOB from our London atelier. Archive pieces are dispatched from their current location, which may be London or New York.

Please contact us at support@hermionedepaula.com with the garment you are interested in and your full delivery address. We will provide a personalised quote based on the garment’s location, your destination and the applicable charges at that time.

Your quotation will confirm exactly what is included. Any duties, taxes, tariffs or customs charges not expressly included will remain the responsibility of the customer.

Our standard international delivery timeframe is up to 15 working days from dispatch. Delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Express delivery may be available depending on the garment’s location and delivery destination. Please contact us for availability and a personalised quote.

We will confirm the proposed delivery service, tracking and insurance arrangements as part of your personalised shipping quote.

The courier may attempt redelivery or contact you directly. Please follow the courier’s instructions to arrange a convenient redelivery.

No. Original packing and shipping charges, import duties, taxes, tariffs and customs-clearance fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.

• The natural world is central to Hermione’s inspiration and life purpose; she champions sustainable practices. All pieces are either individually made or in small batches, with materials dyed in small quantities and offcuts repurposed for appliqués and small accessories. The atelier is proud to support local artisans and preserve the heritage of traditional British craftsmanship

• Please check the quoted lead times stated on the website as part of the product descriptions for specific examples.
• Made-to-Order garments are handmade to order and take up to 14 weeks for our small team of skilled artisans to make, plus any additional time required for fittings and alterations. Some styles can be completed within a shorter timeline, which will incur a priority fee. Please contact our team for more details if required.
• Customisations. Each element is added uniquely, so the additional lead time depends on whether we can incorporate your custom embroidery into an existing placement or whether it requires the style to be re-designed. We recommend at least 16 weeks if a bespoke placement is required.
• Couture pieces are created as fully bespoke commissions, so lead times depend on the scope of your project. Please contact our team to discuss.

• Personal customisations are available across our collection. Each element is added uniquely so the costs depend on whether we can incorporate your custom embroidery into an existing placement or if it requires the style to be re-designed. The only limitations are your imagination.

Each Made-to-Order garment is created especially for you and, because it is made to your individual specification, a change-of-mind return is not normally available once production has begun, except where required by law. Please contact our team before ordering if you have any questions.

Archive pieces are unique, one-of-a-kind items and are not eligible for return or exchange for change of mind, except where required by law. We encourage you to contact our team before purchasing for additional photographs, measurements, condition details, fit advice or any other information you may require.

If your garment arrives faulty or materially different from its description, please contact us as soon as possible at support@hermionedepaula.com.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs. Following assessment, we may offer a repair, replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances and your statutory rights.

Archive garments are unique and are sold in their existing condition. Due to their age, history or previous use, they may display minor marks, blemishes or signs of handling. Where known, these will be reflected in the description, imagery and price and will not ordinarily be considered faults.

Where a return has been expressly authorised, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the garment is confirmed to be faulty or otherwise required by law.

Returns must be sent using a fully tracked and appropriately insured service. Hermione de Paula cannot accept responsibility for a return until it has been safely delivered.

• Hermione de Paula Made-to-Order dresses are made to order in the size nearest to your measurements. Each dress is handmade and takes our small team of specialist artisans up to 14 weeks to create, plus any additional time required for fittings and alterations

• Placing an order for a Made-to-Order or Couture piece is treated as a contract to complete. Amendments or cancellations are subject to the discretion of the Hermione de Paula atelier and can only be considered prior to the project starting.
