If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt redelivery or notify you via email. We recommend contacting them directly to arrange a convenient redelivery.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
All our made to order pieces are strictly non-refundable. Please contact us if you have any questions or queries you need answered prior to purchase or book an appointment either virtually or in person with one of our stylists who can help you with your decision.
Archive Sale: Exchanges or returns may be accepted within 7 days if you are unable to try on in person. After 7 days no refunds or exchanges will be considered. We kindly ask that you contact our atelier team prior to purchase to confirm full terms and conditions.
International customers should note that we do not refund postage costs and that any request for an exchange will incur an additional delivery charge to send your exchanged item. We do not pay any taxes or custom clearance charges for items which are returned from international customers or refund initial taxes or duties.
All return shipping costs are the responsibilty of the receiver. We cannot accept any liablity for returns until they are delivered so use a full tracked and insured service.
FAULTY ITEMS
In the unlikely event that upon receipt your item is faulty we will offer to repair, replace or refund the item depending on the circumstance. You must advise us of a fault within 7 days of purchase. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase or the product has been altered or worn unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Archive Sale: All archive products are sold as seen and may have minor blemishes. This is reflected in the price so does not constitute a fault in the garment or a reason for free return shipping. If you want more information about the condition of your piece or the sizing please contact us in advance.
Refund Eligibility (for faulty items only):

The item must be unused, in its original condition, with all labels attached.

Any signs of wear, damage, or fabric snags will void the refund eligibility.

The item must be returned in its original packaging.

Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process.
How to Return a Faulty Item:

If eligible, we will provide a prepaid return label.

Carefully repack the item in its original packaging, including the proof of purchase.
