Standard UK packing and shipping is £30. Please allow 3-5 working days
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Currently all international shipping is billed separately after confirmation. We can either quote you for just the shipping or for all the shipping, duties and taxes inclusive.
CUSTOMS & LOCAL TAXES

If purchasing from outside the UK, UK sales tax will automatically be removed at checkout.

Upon arrival your parcel may be subject to local customs duties and taxes in your country. These charges must be paid before the parcel is released for delivery. All customs, taxes and charges are the responsiblity of the receiver. These can be paid on your behalf if agreed and invoiced in advance.

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt redelivery or notify you via email. We recommend contacting them directly to arrange a convenient redelivery.

If customs fees remain unpaid, the parcel may be returned to us or destroyed by the carrier. Hermione de Paula is not responisble for any fees or charges acrued in these circumstances.
Customs fees vary by country based on the parcel’s contents, value, and local regulations. For exact charges, please contact your country’s customs department directly or ask us for a quote.
Hermione de Paula is not responsible for any taxes, customs or charges applied on international deliveries or fees for returning goods unless they are quoted and invoiced in advance.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
All our made to order pieces are strictly non-refundable. Please contact us if you have any questions or queries you need answered prior to purchase or book an appointment either virtually or in person with one of our stylists who can help you with your decision.
In the unlikely event that upon receipt your item is faulty we will offer to repair, replace or refund the item depending on the circumstance. You must advise us of a fault within 14 days of purchase. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase or the product has been altered or worn unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Refund Eligibility (for faulty items only):

The item must be unused, in its original condition, with all labels attached.

Any signs of wear, damage, or fabric snags will void the refund eligibility.

The item must be returned in its original packaging.

Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process.
How to Return a Faulty Item:

Email atelier@hermionedepaula.com with details of the issue and your proof of purchase.

If eligible, we will provide a prepaid return label.

Carefully repack the item in its original packaging, including the proof of purchase.
