Customisations

Personal customisations are available across our Made-to-Order collection, allowing you to transform your chosen piece into a treasured heirloom woven with your own unique story.

Pricing depends on whether your custom embroidery can be incorporated into an existing placement or requires the design to be reimagined. Custom projects requiring a new embroidery placement start from £12,000.

Lead Times

Each Hermione de Paula piece is meticulously handcrafted by our skilled artisans and made especially for you.

For styles from our current Made-to-Order collection, please allow up to 14 weeks for creation, plus any additional time required for final fittings, alterations and shipping.

If you require your piece sooner, we will do everything possible to accommodate your timeline. An expedited service may be available for an additional priority fee.

Customisations and bespoke details may require a longer lead time, depending on whether they can be incorporated into the existing design or require a new embroidery placement.

For custom projects or time-sensitive orders, please contact our team to discuss your requirements, timeline and available options.

Final Fittings & Alterations

Final fittings and alterations are not included in our Made-to-Order prices.

Our team can provide a quotation for fittings and alterations. Alternatively, where possible, we may be able to recommend a trusted specialist in your area.

Please contact one of our stylists to discuss your location, requirements and timeline. All quotations are subject to confirmation once the required alterations have been assessed.

International Duties & Taxes

Customs duties, import taxes and local taxes are not included in our Made-to-Order prices and will be invoiced separately where applicable.

As these charges vary by destination, please contact our team if you would like us to provide an estimated quotation or a fully landed price before ordering.

Shipping & Returns

All displayed prices exclude shipping, customs duties, import taxes, tariffs and any other charges applicable at the destination.

Made-to-Order garments are dispatched FOB from our London atelier. Archive pieces are dispatched from their current location, which may be London or New York.

Please contact our team before purchasing if you would like a personalised shipping and duties quotation or a fully landed price. Quotations are based on the delivery address, the location of the piece and the charges applicable at that time.

Shipping and destination charges will be invoiced separately and must be paid in full before dispatch.

Made-to-Order Garments

All Made-to-Order garments are strictly non-refundable, as each piece is created especially for you.

Archive Pieces

All Archive pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
