How to Measure

Bust - Horizontal, over the highest point of your bust

Waist - The smallest part of your torso

Hip - The widest part of your buttocks

CF Neck to Waist - From between your collarbones to the centre front waist

Nape to Waist - From the base of your neck to the centre back waistline

Bicep - The widest part of your top arm

Waist to Floor - The length from your waist to the floor, with and without heels.

Notes

If you are uncertain, please enquire for advice by submitting your measurements. If your size spreads over 2-3 sizes, choose the biggest, though you may need to have it altered. We would recommend a custom order. These are not garment measurements.

For made-to-measure or custom orders, please also email us a full-length photo of yourself in fitted gym wear, face not shown. This helps us assess your bust size and body shape accurately before we cut your pattern.

Hermione de Paula uses a bespoke internal UK sizing system. Our sizes do not directly correspond to standard high-street or designer sizing, so please refer to our Measurement Guide and choose your nearest UK size.

MADE-TO-ORDER

Our Made-to-Order collection brings together established Hermione de Paula silhouettes and signature embroideries. Once your order is placed, your chosen design is individually made for you, with each piece created and finished by our specialist Atelier team.

Our standard Made-to-Order lead time is approximately 14 weeks. If you are working to a particular date, please contact us before ordering and we will be happy to confirm availability and timings.

Hermione de Paula uses a bespoke internal UK sizing system. Our sizes do not directly correspond to standard high-street or designer sizing, so please refer to our Measurement Guide and choose your nearest UK size.

Final fittings and alterations are not included and should be arranged separately once your piece has been delivered. If you require a more individually tailored fit or would like to adapt the silhouette, please contact the Atelier to discuss our Custom service.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Made-to-Order pieces are supplied FOB our London Atelier, while Archive pieces are supplied FOB from their current London or New York location. Shipping, duties, taxes and any other applicable charges are not included in the displayed price and will be billed separately. Please contact us for a quotation based on your order and location.

Made-to-Order pieces are individually made for you and cannot normally be cancelled or returned for a change of mind once production has begun. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Archive pieces may be returned for a change of mind: please notify us within 14 days of receipt and return the piece within a further 14 days, in its original condition. All outbound and return shipping costs, together with any duties, taxes and associated charges in either direction, are the responsibility of the purchaser. Only the cost of the item itself is refunded.
