Our standard Made-to-Order lead time is approximately 14 weeks. If you are working to a particular date, please contact us before ordering and we will be happy to confirm availability and timings.

Shipping, duties, taxes and any other applicable charges are not included in the displayed price and will be billed separately. Please contact us for a quotation based on your order and location.
Made-to-Order pieces are individually made for you and cannot normally be cancelled or returned for a change of mind once production has begun. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Archive pieces may be returned for a change of mind: please notify us within 14 days of receipt and return the piece within a further 14 days, in its original condition. All outbound and return shipping costs, together with any duties, taxes and associated charges in either direction, are the responsibility of the purchaser. Only the cost of the item itself is refunded.
