Embroidery No. 049 - Signed & Numbered Framed Couture Embroidery
A rare opportunity to own an original embroidery from the Hermione de Paula atelier.
Each framed piece is a one-of-one work, drawn from both archive and current couture developments. Originally created as part of the design process, these embroideries form a living archive -capturing over 15 years of craftsmanship, storytelling, and the atelier’s signature language of nature, from delicate florals to intricate botanical and animal motifs.
Every embroidery is entirely unique. Developed for couture gowns, private bridal commissions, and VIP projects, these works are fragments of past collections—quiet studies of form, technique, and imagination—now preserved as standalone artworks. Many have been exhibited in a Marylebone, London gallery, where embroidery is presented as art in its own right.
Rooted in Couture for Conservation, each piece reflects a deep connection to the natural world. As we move into a new chapter of conservation-led projects, we are releasing this archive -offering a rare opportunity to own a piece of the atelier’s history.
Individually signed and numbered by Hermione de Paula, each work is presented in its original exhibition frame. Frames may show subtle signs of wear or an unfinished, hand-painted reverse -part of their provenance and journey. The embroidery can be easily re-framed if desired.
No two are ever the same. Once sold, it will not be reproduced.
Please note: Due to the unique, one-of-one nature of these embroidered pieces, all sales are final and non-returnable.
