  • Complimentary Seascape embroidered sleeves (previously £180 inc. VAT in our sample sale)

2. Bespoke Alterations - £1,300 inc. VAT

Hermione is offering 25 hours of specialist atelier work for the price of our standard 10-hour alterations package - a 60% saving (+ your appointment fee redeemed against your purchase).

This is being offered at cost to cover our tailor's time, with our usual mark-up waived as a gesture of goodwill.

Your 25 hours will cover:

  • Alterations to your gown to achieve your desired fit.
  • Creating your custom straps.
  • Adjustments to the embroidered sleeves.
  • 1 hour final collection appointment and any tweaks within this.

Any additional fittings, appointments or alterations beyond the agreed package would be charged separately at our standard hourly rate.

Hermione de Paula uses a bespoke internal UK sizing system. Our sizes do not directly correspond to standard high-street or designer sizing, so please refer to our Measurement Guide and choose your nearest UK size.

MADE-TO-ORDER

Our Made-to-Order collection brings together established Hermione de Paula silhouettes and signature embroideries. Once your order is placed, your chosen design is individually made for you, with each piece created and finished by our specialist Atelier team.

Our standard Made-to-Order lead time is approximately 14 weeks. If you are working to a particular date, please contact us before ordering and we will be happy to confirm availability and timings.

Hermione de Paula uses a bespoke internal UK sizing system. Our sizes do not directly correspond to standard high-street or designer sizing, so please refer to our Measurement Guide and choose your nearest UK size.

Final fittings and alterations are not included and should be arranged separately once your piece has been delivered. If you require a more individually tailored fit or would like to adapt the silhouette, please contact the Atelier to discuss our Custom service.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Made-to-Order pieces are supplied FOB our London Atelier, while Archive pieces are supplied FOB from their current London or New York location. Shipping, duties, taxes and any other applicable charges are not included in the displayed price and will be billed separately. Please contact us for a quotation based on your order and location.

Made-to-Order pieces are individually made for you and cannot normally be cancelled or returned for a change of mind once production has begun. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Archive pieces may be returned for a change of mind: please notify us within 14 days of receipt and return the piece within a further 14 days, in its original condition. All outbound and return shipping costs, together with any duties, taxes and associated charges in either direction, are the responsibility of the purchaser. Only the cost of the item itself is refunded.

CUSTOMISATION

Personal customisations are available across our Made-to-Order collection, allowing you to transform your chosen piece into a treasured heirloom woven with your own unique story.
